Stadler Form Stand Fan, get what u pay for

I usually don’t buy made in china products of any sort due to poor quality and the fact that buying chinese junks will cause good quality products to be continuously disappearing from market. I was hoping this fan to be a swiss made one but apparently it is designed in switzerland but made in china šŸ™ which is a shamedespite that, this fan is an excellent item and has been made under tough quality control of the swiss engineers. I would highly recommend it.

This fan is the chuck norris of fans. It probably weighs the same as him, too. Initial impressions are that its performance is impressive and the sound, although not exactly quiet, is curiously relaxing if you appreciate the throaty whine of a modern jet engine. The elevation and tilt functions are very simple to use and the oscillation is quiet and vibration-free (and you can opt to keep it stationary). Assembly is easy although the guard attachment requires you to use your own screwdriver – the tool provided is too wide to get a direct line on the screw. Also, the speed operation dial is bizarrely enumerated as 0-3-2-1, meaning that to set the fan to ‘low’ you need to to through ‘high’ and ‘medium’, then back again to switch it off. You might expect chuck norris to explode into action from 0 to 3 without passing through 1 and 2 but for a fan i’d prefer a standard implementation. I only set it up today so we’ll see how it goes.

We received this yesterday and were initially put off by the fact we had to assemble it and the instructions were diagrammatic with no written steps to follow. )no worries – we found the youtube video which took us through it in detail. The fan is aesthetically pleasing and quite weighty and it certainly kept us cool last night. It does not have a very long power lead so that could be improved. It is also quite noisy for night use but it didnā€™t interfere with our sleep.

“Starlet Form Charly fan, get what u pay for”

Very efficient, really made a difference during the hot weather. A little noisy but to be expected with such a powerful fan. Robust build, very stable therefore quite heavy to transport to a different room.

Fantastic in this hot weather.

Really nice design, and really simple to put together. Feels solid, works well, not overly noisy. Hoping it’ll last a good few years for the price.

Great quality fan with great design.

I bought this product primarily for the design as i’m obsessed with details. It’s an expensive product as i expected it to be a premium product. + the way the aluminium was sculptured is brilliant. No screws or complicated parts. 5*+ the fan is powerful and does the job well. – the speed starts on maximum. It should be incremental 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 , not 0 – 3 – 2 – 1 . It’s annoying- the weight of the motor/fan is all put on one single joint, which made me anxious about its resistance. This issue has given me a few concerns about its long-term durability. I hope i’m wrong about this. – the electrical cable is left hanging out from the engine which ruins the simplicity of this object. If you look at the flat images on amazon, there are no cables. It’s a widespread pattern to hide wires inside the pipe. I would give six stars if you did this right. I’m planning to drill a hole and do the wiring myself. Overall its a great product and great value.

+ very easy to put together – using the instructions and video provided (accessible via qr code)+ very pleased with aesthetics of the van. Colour goes very well with furniture. + setting 1 is sufficient to keep you cool. Sturdy, good quality materials and good adjustability. + screw driver/allen key provided (2-in-1) as part of the package. + speedy delivery – arrived the next day. + packaging was perfect – item well protected during transport.
